Married in 1973 to Annette Stooksberry. Graduated from ASU in 1971 with a BA in history. Started teaching at Lakeview High School in 1973 and joined the coaching staff of Clovis Hale. Annette began her teaching career in elementary education at Wall. We have two children. Brooke, who was born in 1985. She is employed by Ballinger ISD. She has two children. Tyler and his wife, Meagan, graduated from UT and are currently doing their residency at JPS in Fort Worth. I started teaching at Lee Junior High in 1975 and taught there for the next 37 years until I retired. I spend my times these days working in the yard, hunting and fishing when I can and going to the gym to try to stay in shape. |
